No, you don’t need to provide cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific floor cleaning solutions you prefer, we’re happy to use them when supplied at time of service.

Please put away anything that would prevent us from cleaning thoroughly, such as loose papers, dog toys and children’s toys. In the kitchen, put away all dishes.

We service homes between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will strive to be at your home within a one hour window of the time given to you.

Yes, we’ll send you an automated email reminder 2 days and an automated text reminder 1 day prior to your service appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning rate. If you reschedule more than 48 hours ahead of time, there is no cancellation fee, but your rate will increase to the next level. For example, if you skip a bi-weekly cleaning, you will be charged the monthly fee for your cleaning.
